- In respect of the Employees of State Government -- may apply to Gazette Publication by giving an affidavit incorporating his/her service details in the minimum value of stamp paper and duly confirming from their superior authorities. The police clearance certificate and certificate of revenue officials is need not necessary.
- For all categories Gazette publication charges are Rs.375/-.
- After getting Gazette Publication copy the process of name change is finished.
